Caramel Apple Cider Mimosas
INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 oz caramel vodka
- 1.5 oz apple cider
- sparkling wine to top off glass
RIM AND GARNISH:
- 3 tbsp caramel topping
- 3 tbsp cinnamon sugar
- 1 tsp fresh ground nutmeg or from spice jar
- 1 apple slice
DIRECTIONS:
Rim
1. Pour caramel into a small dish. Pour cinnamon sugar and nutmeg mixture into another small dish. Dip champagne flute into caramel to rim glass. Next, dip into spice mixture until coated.
Mimosa
1. Pour apple cider and caramel vodka into each flute and top with your favorite bubbly.
2. Garnish with apple slice.
